What Causes Sudden Black Outs With Headaches And Fatigue?
I was driving.... Had just pulled out from a fast food place, getting back on the main highway and I blacked out for like 3 to 5 seconds. I was running off the road and came back just in time before I ran into an 18 wheeler on the side of the road. I have been having headaches as well and fatigue.

It could be a an acute attack of a medical condition known as Transient ischaemic attack.It is a prewarning sign can lead to stroke if early treatment is not started.
I would advice to get some lab investigations like MRI Brain along with 2 D ECHO and prothrombin time to be done and follow up with a neurologist with lab reports for opinion.
