What Causes Sudden Black Out After Waking Up?

I woke up this morning and got up out of bed and like blanked out and fell back into bed and it was a few second before I realized what happen, then tonight after working out I felt unsteady for a little bit and it pasted , I am 54, 6 foot 210 in pretty good shape, don't drink or smoke,

Hi.
The probable reasons for this symptoms are low blood pressure, low supply to the brain at that moment ( the causes have to found out on clinical examination by a Doctor and certain tests like color doppler studies of the neck arteries), Affection of the balance apparatus inside the ear due to some sort of infection or inflammation.
This is just a small list to appraise you, The Doctor will be in a position to suggest what exactly is required to be done.
This is just to tell you the necessity of clinical examination and tests, as many times these trivial symptoms in fact can lead to a more important diagnosis if done in time.
