What Causes Sudden And Severe Pain Around The Chest While Sleeping?
its been going on about a week know i wake up out of a sound sllep with heavey pain all around my chest and below my breast,from front to back when i sit up it seems to ease up a little some times it will just go away , and some times not i do smoke. and i dont eat anything at night

angina pectoris is the cause for sudden severe chest pain and some time it's subside after rest but further precaution should go for ecg and check out any change in ecg
