What Causes Sudden And Frequent Dizziness After Physical Activity?

yes, please - after certain activity whether movement of arms or turning of head i get a dizzy feeling, i sit down and then i am swallowed in a sensation that goes from my head down into shoulders and then down into aRMS AND i am like paralyzed - feel nothing in my arms and then wooosh its gone. i got it 3 times today and i am now scared

Regarding your symptoms of dizziness lightheadness and loss of sensation from the head shoulder down the arms I am suggesting the following differential diagnosis
Cerebellar ataxia
Cerebral encephalopathy
Meningitis
Myopathy
Metabolic disorder
In view of this please check your blood pressure do the following test
Lumber puncture test
CT SCAN
BLOOD CULTURE
SERUM ELECTROLYTES LEVEL
Fasting blood sugar
Serum creatine kinase
Meanwhile please see a neurologist for expert clinical assessment Councelling and adequate drug prescription
