What Causes Sudden Allergies To Multiple Food?

I have suddenly developed multiple food allergies, even I touch certain food. I get severe abdominal cramping and diarrhea and the next day I have huge welts on my abdomen, hands or sides. I suddenly can t eat red meat, carrots, sweet potatoes, strawberries, watermelon, and nuts. I have had all kinds of lab work done to check for alpha-gal or auto-immune disease, all came back fine. I just don t know where to turn, I can t eat anything anymore and I never have had any issues like this before.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I would recommend to run stool examination for ova parasites plus allergy testing. It happens often to get welts just because of intestinal parasites. Discuss this further with your caring doctor.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Albana Sejdini, General & Family Physician
