Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. There should not be anything to worry about. The body's urge to breathe is extremely strong and it will always wake you if there is a breathing problem. The possibility is some blockage of breath because of snoring. This could also happen because of anxiety caused by some terrifying dream which you could not remember. In any case, it is advisable to consult a physician to be sure.
