What Causes Subcutaneous Web Like Rash With History Of Spinal Stenosis And Fibromyalgia?

I have back problems and I have developed a web like rash on my lower back but it s under my skin. It never goes away and I m pretty dark complexion and don t have this anywhere else. I have a disc protrusion on l4-l5 s1-s2. And spinal stenosis and muscle spasms and nerve issues as well as fibromyalgia
