What Causes Stuffy Nose With Bleeding And Watery Eyes?

hello doctor I am a 47 year old married woman 5'4" tall 102 kgs. I have been having stuffy nose bleeding clots watery eyes and pain in my left nostril since 2 months after a bout of flu for a week. Family doctor had put me on antibiotics and pain killers but nothing improved. Then consulted an ENT who suggested a CT scan. No sinus and he says everything seems normal. But I continue to suffer from stuffed nose, bleeding, snoring etc. Approached another specialist who suggested ANCA test which is also negative. But the normal blood report shows high blood count and ESR. Please help!!

My first advice would be to undergo nasal endoscopy,to look for causes of stuffy nose and bleeding.High esr and counts also points to infectious /inflammatory etiology or it could be just post flu..Any space occupying lesion would have been picked up by ct scan.If endoscopy reports are also normal, then no need to worry as wait and watch policy seems to be better at that point.
