What Causes Strong Urine Odor After Taking Propranolol And Spironolactone?
I started taking propranolol and spironolactone bout 3 weeks ago and im noticing a very strong smelling odor when i got pee and cant get any real answers to if its one of those medications or if i have infection ive never smelled this before not even when ive had infections so can u please help and sometimes i feel like there may be more acids in my pee as it can hurt the outside not while i pee after i whipe

I appreciate your concern, if it is the foul odor urine then it may be due to infection and the only way to get this confirm is to get done the urine analysis, or the second option drink more water and on tentative basis Di-sodium hydrogen citrate can be tried 20 ml three times in day with plenty of water, else it may not be due to the medicines you are on, hope this information helps.
