What Causes Strong Urge To Urinate And Lower Back Pain?

Hi. 50 yr old male. Strong constant urge to urinate. Restricted urine flow. Drank several glasses of water today, do not seem to be passing it. Left testicle discomfort. Tightness/pain in lower back. I take Cialis for BPH, but this is well beyond. Passed a kidney stone at age 23, none since.
