What Causes Strong Pain In Upper Arms From Armpit To Elbow?

I have a strong pain sensation in both my upper arms at the inside from the armpit to the elbow. I feel the painful sensation is inside the arm. At the rightern side it is stronger, it even hurts if I just pass my hand over the skin. I feel slight improvement if I lift my shoulders. I had the same problem ago one year ago and went to three doctors, none of them could help me. The pain disappeared after some month but now it came back and I definitely fell that it is even stronger. Thanks for an advise.

Hello
I have read your query.
There is possibility of nerve compression leading to symptoms.
MRI cervical spine will help in diagnosis.
Another possibility of frozen shoulder or shoulder pericapsulitis.
Physiotherapy like ultrasound and Tens may give you relief.
