What Causes Stress/irritation In People With Bp & Diabetes?

IM 53 Y/O, 5 7 215 LBS, I HAVE DIABETES, HIGH BP, HIGH COLESTEROL, I SMOKE, HAVE A VERY STRESSFUL JOB, DONT GET MUCH EXCERCISE, HAVE BEEN VERY MOODY AND IRRITABLE OF LATE ( SNAP AND GET MAD EASILY) WHATS MY PROBLEM? I DONT SLEEP WELL EITHER, SHOULDERS ALWAYS HURT

Hello,
You have to change your lifestyle if you want to come out of your present problems.
Apart from controlling your blood sugar levels,high blood pressure and highncholesterol levels by suitable medications,you must do the following...
Quit smoking.
Take proper sleep for 7-8 hours.
Observe proper dietary control as explained by your doctor.
Avoid deep fried and greasy foods,colas,sweets and junk foods.
Start doing aerobic exercises for at least 30 minutes a day.
Cut down alcohol,if any.
Get tested for VIT B12 ,VIT D,calcium and iron levels and in case of any deficiency in them,get properly treated for it.
Destress yourself by doing some yoga,meditation and deep breathing exercises.
With above mentioned measures,you will find yourself in pink of your health soon.
