What Causes Stress In The Area Of Hernia Surgery?
hai sir.i had an ingunel hernia open surgery(mesh) 2 and half months back.but i feel a type of stress at the surgery area.it feels uneasy.how long will it take to get rid of that stress?can i go for dance practise where i have a 3 hour practise session a day regularly?

Thank you for your query with HCM, usually after hernia surgery either open or laparoscopy it is better not to do any work that increases pressure on abdomen and coming to your dance practice for three hours I strongly Recommend not to attend for another four months.reason is hernia recurs with no proper attention or care.coming to your heaviness feeling slight discomfort will be there since they have placed mesh it will take little time and you should also not to think psychology
