What Causes Strep Throat Along With Fever And Excessive Sweating?
3 year old diagnosed yesterday 2/13 with strep throat. Fever broke around 6:00 pm tonight w/sweating. About every 45 mins to 1 hr he wakes up soaking wet & crying. Each time he is dried off & dry clean pj s put on. Also given him a bath. Is this normal?

Strep throat is due to bacterial infection by streptococcus.
Consult an ENT specialist and start on antibiotics preferably amoxicillin.
Nothing much to worry as this condition responds well to antibiotics.
