Hello I had gone through your question very diligently and I really appreciate your concern Unchewed or undigested ginger may come out I stool as thread like substances if you had ingested ginger than it could be ginger only To rule out the parasitic infestation, you can go for stool test for ova, cyst or protozoa which very easily can rule out the possibility of parasite infection. I would advise you to chew your food properly until it gets swallowed automatically. If stool test comes positive than you mat require anti parasitic drugs like albendazole under supervision you should maintain good hygiene, wash your hands with antiseptic soap or solution every time you eat or drink.
