What Causes Strange Sensations In Chest And Diaphragm?

Dear Dr., I m very concerned with these off sensation in chest, area of diaphragm. It feels like a shock or fear response when I m standing or move any particular way. Its random and often accompanied with feeling as if there is movement within my body as if I m slightly moving on a boat. I recognize it sounds like anxiety however wondering if it could have anytning to do with acupuncture withdrawal since it affects the Serotonin in the brain? It scares me and escalates my anxiety. All labs have been checked..I have slightly low b12 and Ferritin levels. Had CT angiography and EKG holter monitor. Thsbk you for your help.
