What Causes Strange Sensation In The Scrotum?
Hi, I have a pinching feeling in my scrotum. It feels like it is on the left side but there are no signs of swelling or redness. It is not all that painful but it is an annoyance and has been going on for the past 3-4 days. I think it started happening after I did a bunch of situps but I m not sure. Any idea what this is? Thanks

This may indicate epiddidimitis and this is I inflammation of testicle. This should be treated with antibiotics and ibuprofen for 10 days. You need to do ultrasound also and urine analysis.
