What Causes Strange Odour In Urine While On Mirena?
I have started using Mirena two days ago and I have notice my urine has a strange and strong odour. I have no other symptoms and very healthy and fit could it be the Mirena. I was using a lose dose pill, Im 49 and am trying the Mirena to help with period issues

I don't think that bad odour is related to Mirena. It can be related to any infection, vaginal infection or UTI. Do a vaginal smear and urine sample.
