What Causes Strange Body Odor With Dizziness?
I have been smelling a strange odor all day and experienced dizziness. I lost my balance twice today, it happened so suddenly and strongly that I fell. Even tonight I still smell that weird odor, but I know that this odor does not exist. I do not have fever, I have not skipped meals, I exercise regularly and I have no headache either. What could it be ?
