What Causes Stool Soiling?
I have a son who is 13 and is pooping his pants. There have been some indicators that its possible he could have been sexually abused. My question is is pooping his pants an indication that he could have been and that is how he is trying to speak out?

Yes, sexual abuse is one of them, not the only cause. Late or no toilet training could be the cause. Any disease of intestine could be present like celiac. Please give feedback for further history.
