What Causes Stomachache?

pain in the stomach. right side of stomach is sore, feels bruised down around the belly button. feel sick. bowels move 10 to 30 minutes after I eat. relieves me for about an hour. stomach starts to blow up again and pain starts all over again. gas. cramping and pain all over.

Dear; pain in the right side could be secondary to gallbladder problems as gallstones. Other possibilities are gastritis, duodenitis or gas. You should have a low fat diet and free of irritants. You can try antiacids to improve your symptoms.
If it doesn't get better, you might need an abdominal ultrasound to checkout gallbladder.
