What Causes Stomachache Along With Headache And Nausea?

for 6 months my stomach has given me problems. Hurts really badly it I eat and if I don t eat. My gastro doc put e on the FODMAP (?) diet. It has worked some, but I havae lost 12 lbs in 3 months. I don t need to lose any weight. For about 3 months I have hours of overwhelming exhaustion. Headache, nausea. It can last 3 hours to 12 hours. Sometimes minor chills or minor fever, they don t last too long .

Hi,

Thanks for your question on HCM

I do understand your pain and discomforts

As per your history is concerned you need a detailed clinical check up and do few investigations. So do a full blood count and ultrasound abdomen before proceeding and talk with your treating doctor to add one antibiotics course. Your problem might be due to an infection.

Hope that helps
