What Causes Stomach Upset And Numbness In The Left Arm?
I have a 13 year old daughter who has had symptoms of upper respiratory virus. She has been to the doc (thursday) who tested her for strep and mono. Negative on both. This morn she was fine, now she complains of stomach upset, numbness in her left arm, and being very tired but not enough to fall asleep.

Noted the history about your 13 year old daughter who has developed viral respiratory infection, negative for strep throat and Mono, now developed stomach upset and numbness in left arm is tired.
Viral infections can cause any complications due to its spread to all over body and affecting all organs and tissues, gastrointestinal system is one of the commonest to get affected next to respiratory system.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Maintain hydration and electrolytes by an appropriate replacement.
Send stool for lab and if there is any bacterial infection to get treated with an antibiotic, metronidazole.
Give her probiotics, curds, bananas.
Symptomatic treatment as required for example paracetamol if there is fever.
The cause of numbness in the left arm may be in the neck muscle spasm or an actual muscle affection like myalgia. Apply local rubefacient liniment.
