What Causes Stomach Sickness, Body Discomfort, Exhaustion, Breathing Problems And Headache?

i started feeling a little yuckk around last sunday & felt bad all week. then thursday i slept all day long felt horrible, friday & saturday felt even worse and then today i fell the worst. i feel exhausted but been sleeping alright, week, my body just feels there, feel ugh and yuck, breathing differently sometimes, headache, sick to my stomach, i always feel hungary but once i eat i feel like im going to throw it up but never do, and dont feel like doing anything! what do you thing is wrong?

It is likely that you have a viral illness. This would cause fatigue, malaise, headache, nausea.

Since the symptoms are non specific, you can direct treatment towards those that you are experiencing (not at a specific illness)

You can consider the use of : rest, fluids, paracetamol and medication to help with the nausea (eg pepto bismol, dramamine)
