What Causes Stomach Pains With Vision Blurring And Syncope?
I went out to eat a few days ago with my boyfriend and about 45 mins after eating my stomach made wird gurgling noises and I got really sharp intense stomach pains and then my vision went plack and I couldnt see anything and then I fainted. When I came to, I had the intense urge to use the restroom and I then had a loose stool with undigested food. Can anyone tell me what is wrong with me? Maybe hypoglycemia or diabetes, or adenal insufficency?
