What Causes Stomach Pains With Green Stools?

My 4 year old is having stomach issues. He constantly complains that different parts of his body hurts. Head legs stomach and lately his private areas after urinating. For the last few months his stomach has Been hurting. X-rays were done and was told that he was constipated. We think we had that under control but now he has green stools with a horrible odor. I'm at a lost and don't know where to turn any suggestions?

* This has different possible mechanisms as

- biliary tract disturbances which may involve hepatic system , gall
bladder with or without bile ducts - pancreas issues - digestive
enzyme or gut flora disturbances - intestine malabsorption issues

* Needs further work up with some of the lab tests , ultrasound of the
abdomen & pelvis with or without CT scan to diagnosis it precisely
and manage accordingly .
