What Causes Stomach Pain?
yesterday my 4 year old son woke up unusual and just laid in bed throughout the morn with no appetite...he threw up about 3x throughout the day complains of mild stomach pain that comes and goes....today it's the same thing...i'm hoping it's just the stomach flu but could it be... even w/NO fever or diarrhea??

The stomach bug can present without fever or diarrhea. Primary care with more liquids intake, providing soft diet, and anti-emetic medication prescription with his pediatrician is recommended.
