What Causes Stomach Pain With Nausea And Excessive Sweating?

I have been having stomach pains for a while and was not sure whats causing it. My stomach feels like its burning and I have a feeling of fullness a lot of the time. I have had pain in my sides and back. I have been very nauseous and sometimes vomiting . I have been sweating constantly ,its terrible. I am always constipated but lately I have going to the bathroom regularly , which is odd for me. I have also been very gassy as well. What do you think it is and is there anything I can do or take before I see a doctor.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Burning sensation in the stomach, bloating with gas/fullness, nausea and vomiting are commonly associated with GERD (gastroesophageal reflux)

If severe it or if there is associated ulcers, there may also be pain as described.

Treatment would involve lifestyle changes and medication.

Lifestyle changes include: (1) waiting 2 hours after eating before laying down
(2)weight loss of any excess weight. It presses on the stomach and causes the food to reflux
(3)avoiding spicy/acidic/fatty, fried foods
(4)use small frequent meals rather than large meals

Medications such as nexium, prilosec, prevacid, protonix would help. These can take 5 to 7 days, in some cases, to come into effect.

I hope this helps
