What Causes Stomach Pain With Dizziness And Shortness Of Breath?

My stomach is hurting and I feel dizzy my head hurts I also feel like I be out of breath sometimes like I m breathing different as if I don t have enough oxygen and my nipples are really soar I honestly don t know what s wrong with me , can I have some help please ?

hello dear.
i think you are suffering from GERD. which can cause pain in upper abdomen, breathlessness due to microaspiration of gastric contents and dizziness. kindly go for upper GI endoscopy.
