What Causes Stomach Pain While On Medication For Fever?
My 4 year old granddaughter has had a fever off and on for 6 days that has been controllable with OTC, but today she is complaining of bad stomach pain just above her naval. She was taken to ER 2 days ago because of the fever and general lack of energy. Doctor said it was a virus and to treat with fluids and OTCs. I m concerned about the onset of stomach pain. Should she be taken back to the ER?

In this case, abdominal pain me be caused by current illness or OTC medicine both. You should take your child to nearby doctor.
