What Causes Stomach Pain, Vomiting And Frequent Bowel Movement?

Hello, my daughter has been sick since last Monday. She s been complaining of a bad stomach pain, vomiting, and having frequent bowel movements which isn t diarrhea. She hasn t eaten since Monday although i did get her a strawberry smoothie on Friday that she later threw up. She has lost 7lbs since last Monday, and the only thing she s keeping down is Gatorade, not even water. What could the problem be?

I really appreciate your concern, two possibilities could be likely one is viral infection and second is allergy in either case you need to be very patient because these are the self limiting conditions seldom needs any treatment, give her light diet, and take care for hydration, else no need to worry about this, hope this information helps, take care and have a nice day
