What Causes Stomach Pain, Stomach Bloating And Ovarian Cysts?

HI. I just have a couple of questions. I have a lot of stomach pain and I have been told that I have golf ball cysts on my left and right ovaries. Along with this I experience painful sex and bloating often. Normally before all of this I had really light and short periods. Then a few months ago I started having really long and heavy periods. Now I have not had a period in 3 months. I am almost positive that I am not pregnant. Do you know what could be going on with me? It is worrying me to death. Not having a period without being pregnant has never happen to me before. Please help.

I really appreciate your concern, if this is the history of ovarian cystic disease then it need to be taken into consideration first along with this it may be some uterine pathology all of this may needs some investigation till then better to avoid the coitus hope this information helps.
