What Causes Stomach Pain For Years?

i have this stomach ache that has been disturbing me for like 6 yrs now.please i will like to know the cause and are there any possibilities for it to be treated?it comes on and goes off time and again.
Thank you very much .i am married now for 4 years with no children .

dear chronic pain abdomen causes are
1. Lactose intolerance (lactose is a sugar in dairy products),Constipation

2.Gastroesophageal reflux disease

3.Indigestion (dyspepsia) due to peptic ulcer or drugs such as aspirin or nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs)

4.Stomach irritation (caused by aspirin or NSAIDs, cola beverages [acidity], and spicy foods)

5.Liver disorders, such as hepatitis

6.Gallbladder disorders, such as cholecystitis

7.Parasitic infections, such as giardiasis

8.Inflammatory bowel disease, such as Crohn.

10,%of patients may present with psychiatry component like somatization disorder.so please consult your doctor he will examine and treat you accordingly. I think I answered to your question if you have more questions feel free to ask.
