What Causes Stomach Pain During Menstruation As A 31-year-old Female?
madam, i am 31 from the last two and half years i am getting stomach pain during periods. doctor said i have adenomyotic changes in uterus by seeing the scan reports and he suggested ovral-l tablets. this is 3rd month of usage now during remaining days also i am gettting the pain by using ovral-l is it normal//? still i have no children.plz help me

As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief. If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for an ultrasound scan.
