What Causes Stomach Pain, Diarrhoea And Nausea?

Hi, I've been having pain in my stomach for the last week...accompanied with occasional diarrhea, burping, cramping and nausea....mostly in the morning but can lasts into the afternoon...im not pregnant...this happens whether I eat or not...never had this experience before.

Hello dear
I understand your concern
Your symptoms could be due to gastroenteritis, indigestion, hormonal imbalance, irritable bowel syndrome.
I would suggest to consult primary care physician and undergo proper examination, stool test to confirm cause.
Following treatment will help you:
Tablet meftal spas
Capsule sprolac
Tablet ofloxacin plus ornidazole
Tablet imodium if diarrhea persists
Tablet metoclopramide at bed time
Eat diet like banana, rice, applesauce, toast, buttermilk and yogourt
Drink plenty of water and ORS solution
Avoid stress and do regular exercise
