Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Since you are young, just 23 years old, it is imperative to have proper clinical evaluation, examination and investigations to have proper clinical diagnosis for the nausea that is one year old hence can have pregnancy as the cause for morning nausea; the most probable cause is hyperacidity and gastritis sort of a problem.
Pain in abdomen in spite of normal urination abut have diarrhea type stools sometimes can indicate intestinal cause.
Hence I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Get the stool tests done particularly, when there are loose stools.
Tests of blood for CBC, thyroid functions.
Ultrasonography of abdomen as there is unexplained pain in abdomen and also looks for pregnancy or any gynecological problems.
Upper GI Endoscopy as you have morning nausea.
Once diagnosed get treated symptomatically with PPI like Omeprazole, Domperidone and antacids.
Further management as per the findings to get a cure.
