I am tire feel bad to the stomach bloated most of the time. all my life I allway hade problem with my period bleeding very heavy stomach look like I am having a baby. I am tire please help me wont to do.
Bloating can be related to : (1) food intolerance- you may be intolerant to one or more of the foods that you are using
(2)lactose intolerance
(3)use of foods associated with increased gas production such as broccoli, carbonated drinks, cabbage, beans, cauliflower, brussel sprouts
(4)celiac disease
(5)irritable bowel syndrome
(6)GERD
If your diet contains a lot of the foods mentioned you can consider decreasing the use to see if this helps.
In addition ,using one of the medications that are normally allocated for GERD may also help. This includes meds such a nexium, protonix, aciphex, prevacid, prilosec
I hope this helps
