What Causes Stomach Pain And Yellow Discharge In Stools?

Hi. I have a question. Today, my stomach was hurting so i went to take a poopoo. I saw that the toilet water turned yellow. I m pretty sure i didnt take a piss. So it came out from my anal. After about 3 mins, my stomach started to hurt again so i went for the second time. It was the same. Yellow liquid with poop. Is there something wrong with my body?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted your history of having liquid yellow poop with pain in abdomen.
This simply means that there may be one of the following:
Intolerance to something that you drank or ate.
Or intestinal infection.
Get the stool checked and if infection is present your Doctor will treat with proper antibiotic and supportive medicines like probiotic, activated charcoal, multivitamins and so on.
Take plenty of oral fluids to maintain hydration.
Identify the factor that cause loose stools and avoid them altogether.
Avoid junk foods and the ones with preservatives.
