What Causes Stomach Pain And Vaginal Bleeding After Taking Aspirin?
I have been taking 2x325mg aspirin a day for several weeks to deal with pain in my joints. I am experiencing stomach pain associated with a period like flow of blood from my vagina. My periods stopped 7 years ago. Is it possible that the Aspirin has caused the problem.

don't worry ,TAB.Aspirin is antiplatelet agent in blood
it inhibits the platelet aggregation , so side effect is bleeding tendency
as you are in menopause ,please undergo once ultrasonography of abdomen once ,so any abnormality will be ruled out .
plz stop aspirin furtherly for joint pains
consult your family doctor once with report ..ok
