Your wife may be had a attack postural hypotension secondary to hypovolemia???

Any history of loose stools, anemia, cardiac problems, hypothyroidism, hypoglycemia, diabetes, migraine, bppv.

If she feel like that let her lie down immediately symptoms will improve.

Please consult your doctor if symptoms not improved.
