What Causes Stomach Pain And Pressure In Temple?

Hi I ve been having stomach problems/pain for awhile and I thought It could be an ulcer. But just recently I have been getting extreme pressure on my temples almost like symptoms of migraine, and thoughts of being detached from reality why could be the problem?

As you mentioned in the query that you are having stomach pain ( due to ulcer , I do agree ) , so also headache ( because of stomach pain ).
Do as ,
Try raising the head of your bed about 4 inches with blocks . It also might help to avoid eating or drinking for 2 hours before you lie down. It also might help to avoid drinking alcohol or drinks with caffeine in them , or eat chocolate or greasy or oily foods. Also take some antacid but if symptoms are severe you may need drugs like proton pump inhibitors like pantoloc- D once or twice in day.
As in your case tension may be the reason of such pain in stomach and pain head , so please consult a PSYCHIATRIST and get his opinion as according to me anxiety & tension may be the main reason of your symptoms.
