What Causes Stomach Pain And Nosebleeds?
We have been living in China and just traveled to Philippines where we all got a bad stomach virus. The pain in my son is persisting, and even prior to that he has complained of stomach pain. Now he has had 2 severe nose bleeds. Could this be dry air from flying, or related somehow to the chronic stomach pain?

But nose bleeding is probably due to dryness and stomach pain could be due to gastritis so please get a stool analysis for h.pylori infection.
