What Causes Stomach Pain And Fever?

Hi My daughter was suffering from severe fever so that i consult the doctor. Doctor diagnose and told me that there are two possibilities either malaria or urinary tract infection and he prescribe Mefenamic acid (syrup), Chloroquine (syrup) and sultamicillin kid tab with one urine lab test. Today my daughter is suffering from stomach pain from early morning. So can you help me to told the actual reason.

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history about your daughter suffering from fever for which your Doctor thought about either UTI or Malaria and hence gave the prescription of
Mefenamic acid (syrup), Chloroquine (syrup) and sultamicillin kid tab, but today she is complaining about pain in abdomen.
The pain can be due to urinary tract infection itself. or there can be intestinal infection or acidity due to medicines.
Give her Famotidine or Ranitidine, antacid and anti-spasmodic.
It is better to be examined by a Doctor for knowing actual reason and go for ultrasonography of the abdomen.
