HI
Well come to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, such symptoms could be due to intestinal infection and most of the time it could be protozoa infection on tentative basis it can be managed with Tab Metronidazole 400 mg twice in day for five days, and for abdomen pain Tab Dicyclomine can be tried if the symptoms does not improved then better to see the doctor for further work up hope this information helps.
