Hi, I wonder if you can help me. I have been experiencing stomach pains over the past few months, and my stomach appears constantly bloated and hard. When I eat certain foods such as pasta then it is worse. I sometimes suffer from bad wind and I am only going to the toilet every 3 days, even though I eat a diet that has lots of vegetables, fish & fruit. When I do go, it often feels like something is in the way of my feces and it often comes out flat and ridged.
