What Causes Stomach Pain And Black Stool?

Hi I am 19 and female, I have been sick for about a month started out as a common cold, then led to a sinus infection, and I just got the stomach flu over the weekend. I felt fine yesterday, but today I woke up with stomach pains and the feeling of nausea and fatigued. My stool is black, well looks black could be extremely dark green. I would just like to be normal again. Being sick all the time is interferring with work and school and Is not benefiting my either way.
