What Causes Stomach Pain After Eating Food?

Hii my daughter is complaining abt stomach from last few days but only when she eats somthi she complains I went to the dr he first told me to give nor metrogyl 5mg twice a day but this didn’t help after three days I showed her again n kw he changed the medicine to cyclopam racigyl-0, kw I m confused wht the problem is as he also doesn’t kw so can u tell me
