Hello,

Stomach allergies and spicy food intake, infection, abnormal bowel movement, lactose intolerence, borborigmy etc., may be a cause

Avoid caffeinated drinks, alcohol and spicy food. Take soft and probiotic diet. Eat green leafy vegetables and fruits.

If symptoms don't improve, please consult your physician, he will examine and treat you accordingly.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care.
