hi,

having abdominal pain and discomfort after eating is usually indicative of gall bladder problems.
i would advise you to do an ultrasound or the gall bladder to look for possible gall stones.
also it can be irritable bowel syndrome which is mostly aggravated by stress.
as for the breast pain it can be of muscular origin.
wait for it. if it persists then get a mammogram done.

hope it helps.

Regards
