What Causes Stomach Discomfort And Dark Stool While On Pylokit Pills?
I m taking pylokit pills and i m on day 4. but what i feel is weakness, stomach discomfort, dark stool, dark urine , loss of appetite though i force myself to to eat because the taste in the mouth is not pleasant. and i m asking is that normal or i should stop the course . thank you

Pylokit use is associated with stomach discomfort, bad taste, loss of apettite and dark urine.
However if these symptoms develop any toxicity to the liver caused by the medication should also be looked for. I recommend that you discontinue the medication and consult your doctor to rule out toxicity to liver before restarting Pylokit.
